目的：探讨腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症并不孕的临床方法及效果。方法90例子宫内膜异位症并不孕患者，随机分为观察组45例(腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗)和对照组45例(腹腔镜手术治疗)，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率为97.78%(44/45)，显著高于对照组的84.44%(38/45)，副反应发生率6.67%(3/45)显著低于对照组11.11%(5/45)，两组相比，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮疗法治疗子宫内膜异位症并不孕效果理想、安全可靠，优于单纯手术疗法。
목적：탐토복강경수술연합잉삼희동치료자궁내막이위증병불잉적림상방법급효과。방법90례자궁내막이위증병불잉환자，수궤분위관찰조45례(복강경수술연합잉삼희동치료)화대조조45례(복강경수술치료)，대비량조환자적치료효과。결과관찰조적총유효솔위97.78%(44/45)，현저고우대조조적84.44%(38/45)，부반응발생솔6.67%(3/45)현저저우대조조11.11%(5/45)，량조상비，차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론복강경수술연합잉삼희동요법치료자궁내막이위증병불잉효과이상、안전가고，우우단순수술요법。
Objective To investigate clinical method and effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone in the treatment of endometriosis complicated with infertility.Methods A total of 90 patients of endometriosis complicated with infertility were randomly divided into observation group with 45 cases (laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone for treatment) and control group with 45 cases (laparoscopic surgery for treatment). Curative effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.78% (44/45), and that was obviously higher than 84.44% (38/45) of the control group. Incidence of adverse reactions as 6.67% (3/45) was lower than 11.11% (5/45) of the control group. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone provides ideal effect in the treatment of endometriosis complicated with infertility. This method is safe and reliable, and it is better than simple surgery therapy.
