阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征( obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome，OSAHS)是一种具有高风险、致死性的睡眠呼吸疾病。随着对上气道阻塞在OSAHS发生、发展的作用及软腭区结构与功能认识的逐步深入，外科手术在OSAHS的治疗手段上也愈发被人们重视。外科手术在改善上气道通气截面积同时，也降低了手术并发症，临床疗效日益显著。作者对OSAHS的舌根外科治疗进展进行介绍。

Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome ( OSAHS) is a high risk of fatal sleep disordered breathing diseases. With acknowledge of the upper airway obstruction and the physical function of soft palate,the surgical technique of OSAHS is paid more and more attention. The sur￣gery can improve the upper airway cross￣sectional area, and reduce the complications. Advances in tongue plane surgical treatment of OSAHS are reriewed.
