目的：建立蛹虫草多糖含量测定样品前处理方法。方法：以蛹虫草多糖含量为指标，筛选粉碎细度、醇沉时样品浓度、提取温度、提取时间为有关因素，不考虑交互作用，选择三水平进行了L9（34）的正交试验。结果：经极差分析，对多糖检测结果的影响大小的顺序为粉碎细度因素＞醇沉时样品浓度＞提取时间＞提取温度。结论：最佳前处理条件为A3B3C3D2，即为粉碎细度200目、醇沉时样品浓度1g→10ml、提取温度100℃、提取时间1h。

목적：건립용충초다당함량측정양품전처리방법。방법：이용충초다당함량위지표，사선분쇄세도、순침시양품농도、제취온도、제취시간위유관인소，불고필교호작용，선택삼수평진행료L9（34）적정교시험。결과：경겁차분석，대다당검측결과적영향대소적순서위분쇄세도인소＞순침시양품농도＞제취시간＞제취온도。결론：최가전처리조건위A3B3C3D2，즉위분쇄세도200목、순침시양품농도1g→10ml、제취온도100℃、제취시간1h。
Objective: to establish a method for determination of sample pretreatment of Cordyceps polysaccharide content. Methods:the cordyceps polysaccharide content as the index selection smash, extraction temperature, fineness, alcohol precipitation concentration samples, extraction time related factors, do not consider the interaction, choose three levels were L9 (34) orthogonal test. Results:after the analysis of range, the influence on the results of polysaccharide detection size order of grinding fineness factor, alcohol precipitation concentration samples > extraction time > extraction temperature. Conclusion: the best processing conditions for A3B3C3D2, namely the crushing fineness of 200 mesh, the alcohol precipitation concentration samples 1g→10ml, extraction temperature 100℃, extraction time 1h.
