目的:探讨应用颈动脉彩色多普勒超声结合理化指标在缺血性脑卒中疾病诊断的临床价值和意义。方法82例缺血性脑卒中患者作为脑卒中组,分别采用颈动脉彩色多普勒超声结合理化指标(A组)和单纯结合理化指标(B组)进行确诊,比较两种方法的确诊率。另取50例健康体检者作为健康组,应用颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查脑卒中组与健康组的颈总动脉(CCA)、颈内动脉(ICA)、颈外动脉(ECA)的内膜中层厚度(MT)、动脉狭窄情况,比较其与脑卒中发病的相关性。结果通过对比发现, A组的确诊率明显高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);根据超声检查结果结合患者理化指标发现,颈动脉MT值与脑卒中发病具有显著相关性(P<0.01)。结论经颈动脉彩色多普勒超声结合理化指标在诊断和预防脑卒中疾病上具有重要的临床意义和价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical value and significance of carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound combined with physicochemical indexes in diagnosis of ischemic stroke.Methods There were 82 patients with ischemic stroke as the stroke group. They received diagnosis methods of carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound combined with physicochemical indexes (group A) and physicochemical indexes along (group B). The diagnosis rates of the two methods were compared. Another 50 healthy people were taken as the control group. Carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound was applied to detect intima-media thickness (MT) of common carotid artery (CCA), internal carotid artery (ICA), and external carotid artery (ECA), and arteriarctia condition in the stroke group and control group. Correlation between those indexes and stroke was compared. Results Comparison between the two groups showed that group A had higher diagnosis rate than group B, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Combination of ultrasound results and physicochemical indexes showed that there was significant correlation between carotid artery MT value and stroke (P<0.01).Conclusion Carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound combined with physicochemical indexes contains important clinical significance and value in diagnosis of stroke.
