目的：探讨高龄老年腔隙性脑梗死患者总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)水平变化及临床意义。方法回顾性调查了160例≥60岁老年腔隙性脑梗死患者，其中≥80岁组(80~100岁)71例，<80岁组(60~79岁)89例，测定两组血 TC、TG、HDL-C 、LDL-C值，对比分析两组各项检测指标。结果≥80岁组HDL-C水平较<80岁组降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；≥80岁组血清中TC、TG、LDL-C与<80岁组对比，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血HDL-C与高龄老年人腔隙性脑梗死的发生有关，监测高龄老人血HDL-C对预防腔隙性脑梗死是有必要的。
목적：탐토고령노년강극성뇌경사환자총담고순(TC)、감유삼지(TG)、고밀도지단백-담고순(HDL-C)、저밀도지단백-담고순(LDL-C)수평변화급림상의의。방법회고성조사료160례≥60세노년강극성뇌경사환자，기중≥80세조(80~100세)71례，<80세조(60~79세)89례，측정량조혈 TC、TG、HDL-C 、LDL-C치，대비분석량조각항검측지표。결과≥80세조HDL-C수평교<80세조강저，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；≥80세조혈청중TC、TG、LDL-C여<80세조대비，차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론혈HDL-C여고령노년인강극성뇌경사적발생유관，감측고령노인혈HDL-C대예방강극성뇌경사시유필요적。
Objective To investigate the changed levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and their clinical significance in advanced age patients with lacunar infarction.Methods A retrospective research was made on 160 patients aging ≥60 years old with lacunar infarction, among them there were 71 cases in ≥80 years old group (80~100 years old), and 89 cases in <80 years old group (60~79 years old). Detection was made on serum TC, TG, HDL-C, and LDL-C values of the two groups, and their indexes were compared and analyzed.Results HDL-C level was much lower in ≥80 years old group than in the <80 years old group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05); and there was no statistically significant difference of serum TC, TG and LDL-C between ≥80 years old group and <80 years old group (P>0.05).Conclusion Serum HDL-C is correlated with lacunar infarction in advanced age people, thus monitoring on their serum HDL-C is necessary for treating lacunar infarction.
