目的：研究肾上腺髓质素(ADM)和微血管密度(MVD)在宫颈癌中的表达意义。方法选择宫颈上皮内瘤样病变患者(CIN-Ⅲ)组15例和术前无放疗、化疗史的宫颈癌(ICC)组41例，选取良性妇科疾病(NCE)而切除子宫组(NCE组)20例。采用免疫组化方法，检测肾上腺髓质素(ADM)阳性率以及微血管密度(MVD)情况的表达。结果 ADM 阳性率及MVD 的表达在NCE→CIN-Ⅲ→ICC 病变组织中均呈逐渐增高的趋势，且ADM 表达强度与MVD 表达呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论ADM 在宫颈癌血管生成、侵袭和转移中起重要作用。ADM 检测对进一步了解宫颈癌生物学行为和判断其预后具有一定的临床应用价值。
목적：연구신상선수질소(ADM)화미혈관밀도(MVD)재궁경암중적표체의의。방법선택궁경상피내류양병변환자(CIN-Ⅲ)조15례화술전무방료、화료사적궁경암(ICC)조41례，선취량성부과질병(NCE)이절제자궁조(NCE조)20례。채용면역조화방법，검측신상선수질소(ADM)양성솔이급미혈관밀도(MVD)정황적표체。결과 ADM 양성솔급MVD 적표체재NCE→CIN-Ⅲ→ICC 병변조직중균정축점증고적추세，차ADM 표체강도여MVD 표체정현저정상관(P<0.01)。결론ADM 재궁경암혈관생성、침습화전이중기중요작용。ADM 검측대진일보료해궁경암생물학행위화판단기예후구유일정적림상응용개치。
Objective To research the expression significance of adrenomedullin and microvessel density in cervical cancer.Methods There were 15 cases in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN-Ⅲ) group, 41 cases in cervical cancer (ICC) without preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and 20 cases in benign gynecological disease (NCE) and hysterectomy group(NCE group). Immunohistochemical method was applied to detect positive rate of adrenomedullin (ADM) and condition of microvessel density expression.Results Positive rate of adrenomedullin (ADM) and microvessel density expression were gradually increased in NCE→CIN-Ⅲ→ICC lesion tissues. Expression intensity of ADM is positively correlated with expression of MVD (P<0.01).Conclusion ADM plays an important role in generation, invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer. Detection of ADM can <br> provide clinical application value for understanding biological behavior and prognosis of cervical cancer.
