目的:对照研究高频超声和X线钼靶在乳腺癌诊断中的联合应用。方法对150例乳腺癌患者的术前高频超声和X线钼靶的检查表现进行分析,对比分析手术病理结果与两种检查方法结果、两者联合检查结果的符合情况,对两种检查方法以及两者联合应用的漏诊、误诊病理进行重点分析。结果高频超声诊断乳腺癌的符合率为86.7%(130/150);X线钼靶诊断乳腺癌的符合率为84.0%(126/150);两者联合应用诊断乳腺癌的符合率为94.7%(142/150)。两者联合应用诊断乳腺癌的符合率显著优于单纯高频超声、X线钼靶诊断乳腺癌的符合率,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频超声和X线钼靶联合应用诊断乳腺癌,能有效提高诊断的准确性,乳腺癌漏诊率能得到有效降低。

목적:대조연구고빈초성화X선목파재유선암진단중적연합응용。방법대150례유선암환자적술전고빈초성화X선목파적검사표현진행분석,대비분석수술병리결과여량충검사방법결과、량자연합검사결과적부합정황,대량충검사방법이급량자연합응용적루진、오진병리진행중점분석。결과고빈초성진단유선암적부합솔위86.7%(130/150);X선목파진단유선암적부합솔위84.0%(126/150);량자연합응용진단유선암적부합솔위94.7%(142/150)。량자연합응용진단유선암적부합솔현저우우단순고빈초성、X선목파진단유선암적부합솔,비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론고빈초성화X선목파연합응용진단유선암,능유효제고진단적준학성,유선암루진솔능득도유효강저。
Objective To comparatively research the combined application of high-frequency ultrasound and X-ray mammography in diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods Analysis was made on examination outcomes of high-frequency ultrasound and X-ray mammography in 150 breast cancer patients. Compliance of surgery pathological results with two examination methods outcomes and their combined examination outcome were compared and analyzed, especially on missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in the two methods and their combined application.Results The coincidence rate of high-frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of breast cancer was 86.7% (130/150), and that of X-ray mammography was 84.0% (126/150). The combined coincidence rate of these two methods was 94.7% (142/150), and that was obviously higher than single implement of high-frequency ultrasound or X-ray mammography. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Combined application <br> of high-frequency ultrasound and X-ray mammography can effectively improve diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer, while reducing misdiagnosis rate.
