本文针对安徽省创建森林城镇和森林村庄中出现的问题，在研究城市林业发展理论的基础上，有针对性提出了需要把握的生态优先、适地适树、因地制宜、生态自然修复为主和建管并重的五个原则，以供参考。

This paper focused on the problems arising in building forest towns and forest villages in Anhui Province and specifically proposed five principles for reference on the basis of research on the theory of urban forestry development, including ecological priority,matching tree species with site conditions,adjusting measures to local conditions,relying mainly on natural ecological restoration and paying equal attention to construction and management.
