我国中学生自杀呈现明显上升和低龄化趋势，引起了全社会的广泛关注，教育和心理领域的相关研究也日益丰富起来。文章通过对近几年研究的回顾，分析我国中学生自杀的流行现状、影响因素、预防策略，并从以往研究的不足中探讨将来研究的方向，以期为构建中学生自杀防御体系提供理论依据。

In recent years, suicide in high school students significantly increased with a trend of being younger in China, which has aroused wide attention in the whole society. Educational and psychological research in this field also increased. By reviewing the recent research in this field, this article analyzed the epidemic status of suicide in high school students, causes, and prevention strategies, and proposed the direction of future research by looking back the limitations of previous studies. It is expected to provide theoretical basis for building a defense system of student suicide in high schools.
