作为应急输油输水保障的重要手段,移动式管线的架设具有临时性、突发性等特点。而管线的设计工作往往依赖人工勘选定线,往往费时耗力,设计出的结果也不够精确和优化。本文旨在运用GIS技术,构建一套可靠、符合实际需要的移动式管线选线模型及算法,来实现快捷高效地输油管线选线设计,从而提高输油管线选线设计的效率,适应特殊环境下输油管线选线设计的要求。

As an important emergency way of oil delivery, the characteristic of mobile pipeline is temporary and sudden. The design work of pipeline often rely on artificial selection. Artificial selection always time-consuming, and the design result is without optimization .The research program is to use the technologies of GIS to establish a set of systematic, reliable route design models. It aims to put forward a intelligent design solution for the design of mobile petroleum pipeline route. And the final goal of the program is to improve the efficiency of route survey and pipeline design in the future to meet the petroleum support requirements in special environments.
