为实现小型机电设备的无线监测需求,提出了一种基于GPRS传输协议的小型机电设备无线监测模块设计方案,并完成其软硬件设计。该模块硬件部分采用stm32单片机、SIM900模块实现,软件部分采用MDK进行编程,能够实现对采用S7-200 PLC作为主控器的小型机电装备的状态参数进行监测。该监测模块具有成本低、稳定性好、应用广泛的特点。
為實現小型機電設備的無線鑑測需求,提齣瞭一種基于GPRS傳輸協議的小型機電設備無線鑑測模塊設計方案,併完成其軟硬件設計。該模塊硬件部分採用stm32單片機、SIM900模塊實現,軟件部分採用MDK進行編程,能夠實現對採用S7-200 PLC作為主控器的小型機電裝備的狀態參數進行鑑測。該鑑測模塊具有成本低、穩定性好、應用廣汎的特點。

In order to satisfy the requirement of the wireless monitoring to small electromechanical equipment, the design of the wireless monitoring module for the small electromechanical equipment based on GPRS transport protocol is designed, and the hardware and software system are accomplished. The hardware system is made by using STM32 microcontroller and SIM900 module .The software system adopts the MDK software as development environment. It can accomplish the monitoring of the status parameters of the small electromechanical equipment, which uses the S7-200 PLC as controller. This module has good stability, low costs and wide application.
