目的：探讨心理护理对老年高血压患者治疗效果的影响。方法：随机选取本院老年科诊治的老年高血压患者70例，并随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用常规躯体护理，实验组则在对照组护理基础上予以心理护理进行干预，时间为2个月。比较2组患者护理干预前后收缩压控制情况。结果：实验组收缩压平均值在心理护理干预前后差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：对老年高血压患者进行正确心理护理干预，能够更好的控制血压，有益于患者预后。
목적：탐토심리호리대노년고혈압환자치료효과적영향。방법：수궤선취본원노년과진치적노년고혈압환자70례，병수궤분위실험조화대조조。대조조채용상규구체호리，실험조칙재대조조호리기출상여이심리호리진행간예，시간위2개월。비교2조환자호리간예전후수축압공제정황。결과：실험조수축압평균치재심리호리간예전후차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론：대노년고혈압환자진행정학심리호리간예，능구경호적공제혈압，유익우환자예후。
Objective:To explore the effects of psychological nursing on the elderly patients with hypertension treatment effect .Meth-ods:Elderly patients with hypertension in elderly department of our hospital were randomly selected patients , and randomly divided into experimental group and control group .The control group using conventional physical nursing , the experimental group in the control group of nursing to be based on the psychological nursing intervention for 2 months.Comparison of two groups of patients before and after nursing intervention systolic pressure control .Results::In the experimental group , systolic blood pressure mean value was statistically significant differences before and after psychological nursing intervention (P<0.05).Conclusion:Proper psychological nursing intervention in eld-erly hypertensive patients to control blood pressure better , beneficial to the prognosis of the patients .
