目的:对血清C肽与2型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的关系进行分析与探讨。方法120例2型糖尿病患者,根据患者病情将其分为三组,即:无糖尿病视网膜病变(NDR)组40例,非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)组42例,增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)组38例。以电化学发光法对所有患者空腹血清C肽进行测定。结果三组患者空腹血清C肽水平均呈现下降趋势,三组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清C肽与2型糖尿病视网膜病变程度呈负相关。结论研究表明,在2型糖尿病视网膜病变中,血清C肽含量会由于病变程度的加深而逐渐降低,血清C肽水平是2型糖尿病视网膜病变进展的重要标志。

목적:대혈청C태여2형당뇨병시망막병변(DR)적관계진행분석여탐토。방법120례2형당뇨병환자,근거환자병정장기분위삼조,즉:무당뇨병시망막병변(NDR)조40례,비증식성당뇨병시망막병변(NPDR)조42례,증식성당뇨병시망막병변(PDR)조38례。이전화학발광법대소유환자공복혈청C태진행측정。결과삼조환자공복혈청C태수평균정현하강추세,삼조비교,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。혈청C태여2형당뇨병시망막병변정도정부상관。결론연구표명,재2형당뇨병시망막병변중,혈청C태함량회유우병변정도적가심이축점강저,혈청C태수평시2형당뇨병시망막병변진전적중요표지。
ObjectiveTo analyze and investigate the relationship between serum C-peptide and diabetic retinopathy (DR) in type 2 diabetes mellitus.MethodsA total of 120 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were divided by their illness condition into three groups, as non diabetic retinopathy (NDR) group with 40 cases, non proliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR) group with 42 cases, and proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) group with 38 cases. Electrochemiluminescence method was applied for detection of serum C-peptide in all patients.ResultsAll the three groups had decreased levels of fasting serum C-peptide, and the difference had statistical significance across the three groups (P<0.05). There was a negative correlation between serum C-peptide and diabetic retinopathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus.ConclusionThis study shows the content of serum C-peptide will decrease along with the development of diabetic retinopathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus, therefore, serum C-peptide acts as an important indicator for progression of diabetic retinopathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
