目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对软组织海绵状血管瘤的诊断价值。方法对45例经病理证实为软组织海绵状血管瘤患者的彩色多普勒超声图像进行回顾性分析。结果45例共54处软组织海绵状血管瘤超声声像图均表现为混合性回声团块,边界不清晰,内部回声不均匀,可见多条迂曲扩张的管状结构,4处病变内可见血栓所致的低回声,10处可见钙化所致的强回声伴声影。彩色多普勒超声显示36处病变内未见明显血流信号,探头加压放松后管状结构内可见血流信号,18处病变内可见低速静脉或动脉血流信号,探头加压放松后血流信号均较前增多。结论软组织海绵状血管瘤具有典型的超声声像图特征,彩色多普勒超声对软组织海绵状血管瘤具有重要的诊断价值,可作为临床诊断软组织海绵状血管瘤的首选影像学方法。
目的:探討綵色多普勒超聲對軟組織海綿狀血管瘤的診斷價值。方法對45例經病理證實為軟組織海綿狀血管瘤患者的綵色多普勒超聲圖像進行迴顧性分析。結果45例共54處軟組織海綿狀血管瘤超聲聲像圖均錶現為混閤性迴聲糰塊,邊界不清晰,內部迴聲不均勻,可見多條迂麯擴張的管狀結構,4處病變內可見血栓所緻的低迴聲,10處可見鈣化所緻的彊迴聲伴聲影。綵色多普勒超聲顯示36處病變內未見明顯血流信號,探頭加壓放鬆後管狀結構內可見血流信號,18處病變內可見低速靜脈或動脈血流信號,探頭加壓放鬆後血流信號均較前增多。結論軟組織海綿狀血管瘤具有典型的超聲聲像圖特徵,綵色多普勒超聲對軟組織海綿狀血管瘤具有重要的診斷價值,可作為臨床診斷軟組織海綿狀血管瘤的首選影像學方法。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound for cavernous hemangioma in soft tissue.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the color Doppler ultrasound images of 45 patients with pathologically diagnosis of cavernous hemangioma in soft tissue.Results All images from ultrasound for cavernous hemangioma in 45 cases as 54 soft tissue were mixed echo mass with unclear boundary, and their internal echo was non uniform with multiple tubular structure of circuity expansion. 4 of the lesions cases contained low echo induced by thrombus, and other 10 cases contained strong echo with sound shadow induced by calcification. Color Doppler ultrasound showed that 36 lesions cases had no obvious blood flow signal, while there was blood flow signal in tubular structure after probe compression and relaxation. 18 lesions cases had slow blood flow signal in vein or artery, and the signal was increased after probe compression and relaxation. Conclusion Cavernous hemangioma in soft tissue contained typical ultrasonic characteristics, and color Doppler ultrasound can provide important diagnostic value for cavernous hemangioma in soft tissue. This method can be used as the preferred measure in clinical diagnosis of cavernous hemangioma in soft tissue.
