目的:对比分析不同激光光凝术治疗增殖期糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效。方法增殖期糖尿病性视网膜病变患者156例(251眼)作为研究对象,根据手术方法不同分为两组,各78例。对照组行全视网膜激光光凝术,观察组行象限视网膜激光光凝术,观察黄斑中心凹厚度和视野缺损变化,随访3个月观察视力水平。结果观察组视力提高率38.46%显著高于对照组15.38%,视力下降率8.97%显著低于对照组24.36%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后黄斑中心凹厚度和视野缺损分别为(218.61±31.27)μm、(2.53±1.42)db,均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用象限视网膜激光光凝术治疗增殖期糖尿病性视网膜病变,可减少对黄斑区功能损伤,提高视力水平。

Objective To compare and analyze the curative effects by different laser photocoagulations in the treatment of proliferating phase diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 156 patients (251 eyes) with proliferating phase diabetic retinopathy as study subjects were divided by surgical methods into two groups, and each group contained 78 cases. The control group received panretinal laser photocoagulation, and the observation group received quadrant retinal laser photocoagulation. Observations were made on central foveal thickness, visual field defect changes, and eyesight level after 3-month follow-up.Results The eyesight increase rate was 38.46% in the observation group, and that was much higher than 15.38% of the control group. Eyesight decrease rate was much lower in the observation group as 8.97% than 24.36% of the control group. The differences had statistical significance (P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group had central foveal thickness and visual field defect as (218.61±31.27)μm and (2.53±1.42)db, which were all lower than those in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Application of quadrant retinal laser photocoagulation can reduce function damage in macular region and increase eyesight level in treating proliferating phase diabetic retinopathy.
