This paper designs a kind of optical detection platform for PCR detection based on LabVIEW and MCU. Most of the content focuses on the electronic circuits and the software components of the platform system. The electronics circuits portion includes laser driving circuits, photoelectric detection circuits, the motor driving circuits and the peripheral circuits of the microcontroller. The software portion describes the MCU control program and LabVIEW program. The optical detection platform can be used in a variety of experiments, with high flexibility andpractical value.
