模拟信号自动追踪控制器是空间科学实验载荷研制过程中必不可少的地面测试器。在地面检测、匹配实验、验收测试各项试验中,发挥着至关重要的作用。它跟踪的对象可以是温度、压力、流量等连续变化的模拟量,也可以是代表某些状态特性的开关量信号[1]。为了保证空间科学实验载荷与其它设备对接前,工作状态、控制过程、信号输出等各方面性能指标均满足任务要求,提出了一种基于单片机的模拟量遥测控制系统。系统采用单片机作为主控制器,实现了模拟信号的自动追踪和采集、工艺曲线存储及动态显示、双路串口通讯、数据库管理等功能。实际应用表明,该系统具有操作简便、测试准确的特点,达到了设计要求。

Analog signal automatic tracking controller is an important facility for materials science experiments in space. It also plays a vital role in testing, matching experiments, receiving message with all experiment. The system object can be the simulation quantity such as temperature, pressure, flow and so on which also change continuously, and may be represents some certain condition characteristic such as switching signal . In order to ensure that it's working state , controling process, outputing signal can meet the requirement of the task in every aspect before docking space science experiment .This paper proposes a new control system, useing Single-chip microcomputer as the main controller , it can track and dynamic signal automatically ,at the same time ,this system have many functions such as curve displaying, and dual serial communication function ,database management. The experiment and application show that this test system has good performance , and achieve the design requirement.
