针对电梯系统设备部件老化、故障逐步上升,电梯常规定期检验预测电梯事故和潜在故障作用有限的现状,为了提高电梯的安全使用,通过综合电梯系统主观和客观因素,运用模糊理论中层次综合评判法,建立了电梯系统的安全状态综合评判方法。首先说明了该方法的原理和建立流程,然后结合电梯轿厢的安全评估,给出了评估案例。结果表明,该方法简单易用,为电梯系统的安全评判提供了技术支持。
針對電梯繫統設備部件老化、故障逐步上升,電梯常規定期檢驗預測電梯事故和潛在故障作用有限的現狀,為瞭提高電梯的安全使用,通過綜閤電梯繫統主觀和客觀因素,運用模糊理論中層次綜閤評判法,建立瞭電梯繫統的安全狀態綜閤評判方法。首先說明瞭該方法的原理和建立流程,然後結閤電梯轎廂的安全評估,給齣瞭評估案例。結果錶明,該方法簡單易用,為電梯繫統的安全評判提供瞭技術支持。

The performance of elevator components will gradually degraded with the increase of the time and the number of using. The conventional inspection can hardly predict the potential danger of existing elevator. For improving the safety of the existing elevator, and predicting the potential failures and accidents, this paper proposes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with analytic hierarchy process. First, considering all factors of the elevator which includes the subjective factors and objective factors, and using the analytic hierarchy process of fuzzy theory , we propose the risk evaluation method of elevator. Then, we give an example of the elevator cage. The results show that the proposed method is feasible and helpful to the safety research of elevators.
