在研究遗传算法的基础上,分析了传统遗传算法种群多样性、收敛效率降低和易求得局部最优解的问题,提出自适应遗传算法优化设计电力变压器。采用适应度值标定的遗传算法改进策略,防止特殊个体统治种群导致的寻优结果是局部最优解,在算法临近结束时,变更选择压力,防止算法在最优解附近摇摆,加快了寻优过程。仿真结果表明,改进后的遗传算法收敛速度快,并以S9-315/10型电力变压器为算例,优化方案的性能指标符合相关国标,总损耗降低0.8%,材料成本降低8.3%。

Based on the research of genetic algorithm, the article analyzes the problems of traditional genetic algorithm, which are the population diversity small, and convergence efficiency low and easy to obtain the local optimal solution, puts forward the way to optimization design of a power transformer by automatically adaptive genetic algorithm. Uses the strategy with fitness value calibration to improve genetic algorithm, can prevent the special individual rule of species , which leads to the results be local optimal solutions, at the end of the algorithm approaches, changes the selection pressure, prevents algorithm swing near the optimal solution, and speeds up the optimization process. Simulation results show that the improved genetic algorithm convergence fast , and takes S9-315/10 type power transformers for example, the optimization performance index conforms to the relevant national standard, the total loss reduces 0.8%, the material costs reduce 8.3%.
