目的:观察丹参川芎嗪对博来霉素所致间质性肺病大鼠肺组织病理变化的影响。方法SD 雄性大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组和丹参川芎嗪治疗组(治疗组),每组 n =18。模型组、治疗组用气管滴注博来霉素复制间质性肺病大鼠模型;造模后,治疗组每日经腹腔注射丹参川芎嗪。分别于第7、14、28天处死各组大鼠6只。分别应用苏木精-伊红染色和 Masson 染色进行肺泡炎及肺纤维化程度判定,碱水解法测定肺组织中羟脯氨酸含量。结果对照组未见明显炎症、胶原沉积及纤维化改变,模型组可见明显肺泡炎症、胶原沉积、纤维化改变,治疗组各时期肺泡炎和肺纤维化程度均较模型组轻(P <0.05),第28天治疗组羟脯氨酸含量较模型组减少(P <0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪能减轻博来霉素诱导的大鼠肺组织肺泡炎和肺纤维化改变。

목적:관찰단삼천궁진대박래매소소치간질성폐병대서폐조직병리변화적영향。방법SD 웅성대서수궤분위대조조、모형조화단삼천궁진치료조(치료조),매조 n =18。모형조、치료조용기관적주박래매소복제간질성폐병대서모형;조모후,치료조매일경복강주사단삼천궁진。분별우제7、14、28천처사각조대서6지。분별응용소목정-이홍염색화 Masson 염색진행폐포염급폐섬유화정도판정,감수해법측정폐조직중간포안산함량。결과대조조미견명현염증、효원침적급섬유화개변,모형조가견명현폐포염증、효원침적、섬유화개변,치료조각시기폐포염화폐섬유화정도균교모형조경(P <0.05),제28천치료조간포안산함량교모형조감소(P <0.05)。결론단삼천궁진능감경박래매소유도적대서폐조직폐포염화폐섬유화개변。
Objective To investigate the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine on the pathological changes in lung tissue of bleomycin (BLM) -induced interstitial lung disease rats.Methods Adult male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups (n =18 each): control group, model group and salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine treatment group (treat-ment group).On the 7th , 14th and 28th day, 6 rats of each group were killed.The left lungs were incised to make patho-logical sections which were stained with hematoxylin -eosin (H -E) and Masson.The concentration of hydroxyproline in the lung tissue was detected using alkali hydrolysis method.Results There was no collagen deposition alveolitis and fi-brosis change in the control group.The alveolitis and fibrosis of the treatment group was less severe than that in the model group (P <0.05).One the 28th day, the expression of hydroxyproline in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the model group (P <0.05).Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine can alleviate the severity of alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis induced by BLM in rats.
