目的:探讨核桃楸皮水提物、呋塞米以及二者合用对大鼠肺水肿的保护作用。方法大鼠40只,随机分为正常组,肺水肿组,核桃楸皮水提物给药组,呋塞米给药组,核桃楸皮水提物、呋塞米联合给药组,每组8只,除正常组外,其余各组采用一次性大鼠尾静脉注射油酸0.27 ml/kg 制作急性肺水肿模型。核桃楸皮水提物给药组:于油酸注射前用核桃楸皮水提物灌胃给药,每24 h 给药1次,共给药3次;呋塞米给药组:于油酸注射后8 min尾静脉注射呋塞米1 ml/kg;核桃楸皮水提物、呋塞米联合给药组:2种药物共同给药,给药方法同上。记录各组大鼠肺重系数,并检测血清白细胞介素-1β(IL -1β)含量。结果核桃楸皮水提物和呋塞米及联合用药均具有降低肺水肿大鼠的肺重系数和血清中 IL -1β的作用,联合用药后作用明显优于核桃楸皮水提物或呋塞米。结论核桃楸皮水提物和呋塞米对肺水肿均有一定保护作用,且二者合用效果更加显著。

목적:탐토핵도추피수제물、부새미이급이자합용대대서폐수종적보호작용。방법대서40지,수궤분위정상조,폐수종조,핵도추피수제물급약조,부새미급약조,핵도추피수제물、부새미연합급약조,매조8지,제정상조외,기여각조채용일차성대서미정맥주사유산0.27 ml/kg 제작급성폐수종모형。핵도추피수제물급약조:우유산주사전용핵도추피수제물관위급약,매24 h 급약1차,공급약3차;부새미급약조:우유산주사후8 min미정맥주사부새미1 ml/kg;핵도추피수제물、부새미연합급약조:2충약물공동급약,급약방법동상。기록각조대서폐중계수,병검측혈청백세포개소-1β(IL -1β)함량。결과핵도추피수제물화부새미급연합용약균구유강저폐수종대서적폐중계수화혈청중 IL -1β적작용,연합용약후작용명현우우핵도추피수제물혹부새미。결론핵도추피수제물화부새미대폐수종균유일정보호작용,차이자합용효과경가현저。
Objective To investigate the protective effects of the water extract of manchurian walnut bark, furose-mide, and both on the pulmonary edema in rats.Methods A total of 40 rats were randomly divided into different groups according to their various treatments: a normal group, a pulmonary edema group, a manchurian walnut bark (using its a-queous extract) group, a furosemide group, and a combined group (using the aqueous extract of manchurian walnut bark and furosemide) (n =8 each).Rats in each group (except the normal group) were intravenously injected with 0.27 ml/kg of oleic acid to establish a model of acute pulmonary edema.Those in the manchurian walnut bark group were adminis-tered with the aqueous extract of manchurian walnut bark once per day, three times in total, before injection of oleic acid.The furosemide group was injected with 1 ml/kg of furosemide via the tail vein 8 min after exposure to oleic acid. Rats in the combined group were treated according to the methods mentioned above.Then, the weight coefficients of the lungs in rats of each group were recorded, while the levels of serum IL -1β(IL -1β) were measured.Results The a-queous extract of manchurian walnut bark, furosemide and both lowered the weight coefficients of the lungs and the levels of serum IL -1βin rats with pulmonary edema, in which the combination therapy presented superior effects to either manchurian walnut bark or furosemide.Conclusion The aqueous extract of manchurian walnut bark and furosemide can be applied for treatment of pulmonary edema, while their combined use can result in more remarkable effects.
