目的：研究自制注射器套筒联合一次性无菌防护套在小肠造瘘中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2010年8月至2014年8月，应城市人民医院对26例小肠造瘘患者采用修整注射器套筒联合一次性无菌防护套，连接造瘘肠近端行封闭式引流的临床资料。结果本组26例患者术后均未发生并发症，方法简便经济。结论自制注射器套筒联合一次性无菌防护套在小肠造瘘中的应用，避免了造瘘口术后并发症，效果显著。
目的：研究自製註射器套筒聯閤一次性無菌防護套在小腸造瘺中的應用效果。方法迴顧性分析2010年8月至2014年8月，應城市人民醫院對26例小腸造瘺患者採用脩整註射器套筒聯閤一次性無菌防護套，連接造瘺腸近耑行封閉式引流的臨床資料。結果本組26例患者術後均未髮生併髮癥，方法簡便經濟。結論自製註射器套筒聯閤一次性無菌防護套在小腸造瘺中的應用，避免瞭造瘺口術後併髮癥，效果顯著。
목적：연구자제주사기투통연합일차성무균방호투재소장조루중적응용효과。방법회고성분석2010년8월지2014년8월，응성시인민의원대26례소장조루환자채용수정주사기투통연합일차성무균방호투，련접조루장근단행봉폐식인류적림상자료。결과본조26례환자술후균미발생병발증，방법간편경제。결론자제주사기투통연합일차성무균방호투재소장조루중적응용，피면료조루구술후병발증，효과현저。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of self-made syringe sleeve combined with disposable sterile protective sleeve in small bowel enterostomy.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 26 cases of small bowel enterostomy,from August 201 0 to August 201 4 in Yingcheng People′s Hospital,who were applied with self-made syringe sleeve combined with disposable sterile protective sleeve to connect the proximal stoma loop for closed drainage.Results No postoperative complications were observed in this group of patients.And this technique was easy to perform,and cost-effective.Conclusion Self-made syringe sleeve combined with disposable sterile protective sleeve in small bowel enterostomy has a remarkable effect to avoid the postoperative complications following the enterostomy.
