The principle and theoretical background of deep-penetrating geochemistry are briefly reviewed in this paper, including the theory and technology of Geogas method, Selective Leaching of Mobile Metals, Electrogeochemistry, Mobile Metal Ions and Enzyme Leach. This paper summarized the recent research status and problems of deep-penetrating geochemistry in China in order to provide a reference for the future deep prospecting work.
