Endoscopic sinus surgery%High deviation of nasal septum%Turbinate anaplasty
目的：探讨内窥镜鼻窦手术同期处理鼻中隔高位偏曲及鼻甲整形的临床疗效。方法88例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉伴鼻中隔高位偏曲及鼻甲病变患者，随机分为对照组(44例)和治疗组(44例)。对照组患者给予内窥镜鼻窦手术治疗，治疗组患者给予内窥镜鼻窦手术同期处理鼻中隔高位偏曲及鼻甲整形方法治疗。观察分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组44例患者，治愈20例，好转15例，无效9例，总有效率79.5%。治疗组44例患者，治愈25例，好转18例，无效1例，总有效率97.7%。治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内窥镜鼻窦手术同期处理鼻中隔高位偏曲及鼻甲整形，可有效减少粘连，改善鼻腔通气引流，疗效显著，具有较高的临床价值，值得推广和使用。

목적：탐토내규경비두수술동기처리비중격고위편곡급비갑정형적림상료효。방법88례만성비두염、비식육반비중격고위편곡급비갑병변환자，수궤분위대조조(44례)화치료조(44례)。대조조환자급여내규경비두수술치료，치료조환자급여내규경비두수술동기처리비중격고위편곡급비갑정형방법치료。관찰분석량조환자적치료효과。결과대조조44례환자，치유20례，호전15례，무효9례，총유효솔79.5%。치료조44례환자，치유25례，호전18례，무효1례，총유효솔97.7%。치료조치료효과명현우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론내규경비두수술동기처리비중격고위편곡급비갑정형，가유효감소점련，개선비강통기인류，료효현저，구유교고적림상개치，치득추엄화사용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect by endoscopic sinus surgery with simultaneous high deviation of nasal septum treatment and turbinate anaplasty.Methods A total of 88 patients of chronic nasosinusitis, nasal polyp complicated with high deviation of nasal septum and turbinate lesions were randomly divided into control group (44 cases) and treatment group (44 cases). The control group received endoscopic sinus surgery for treatment, and the treatment group received endoscopic sinus surgery with simultaneous high deviation of nasal septum treatment and turbinate anaplasty. Curative effects of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results Among the 44 cases in the control group, there were 20 cured cases, 15 improved cases, and 9 ineffective cases. The total effective rate was 79.5%. In the 44 cases of treatment group, there were 25 cured cases, 18 improved cases, and 1 ineffective case, and the total effective rate was 97.7%. The treatment group had much better curative effect than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Implement of endoscopic sinus surgery with simultaneous high deviation of nasal septum treatment and turbinate anaplasty can effectively reduce adhesion and improve nasal ventilation with remarkable effects. This method contains highly clinical value, and is worthy of promotion and application.
