目的：探讨以中心静脉导管于超声引导下置管引流在哺乳期乳腺脓肿治疗中的应用。方法40例哺乳期乳腺脓肿患者，随机分为对照组和研究组，各20例。对照组采用常规手术切开引流，研究组采用以中心静脉导管于超声引导下置管引流，观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组的手术时间及术中出血量均小于对照组，差异具有统计学的意义(P<0.01)；研究组在换药次数、疼痛评分、脓腔愈合时间以及瘢痕长度等方面明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学的意义(P<0.01)。结论超声引导下对乳腺脓肿采取置管引流可以缩短治疗时间，减轻患者痛苦，临床疗效显著，值得推广。
목적：탐토이중심정맥도관우초성인도하치관인류재포유기유선농종치료중적응용。방법40례포유기유선농종환자，수궤분위대조조화연구조，각20례。대조조채용상규수술절개인류，연구조채용이중심정맥도관우초성인도하치관인류，관찰병비교량조환자적치료효과。결과연구조적수술시간급술중출혈량균소우대조조，차이구유통계학적의의(P<0.01)；연구조재환약차수、동통평분、농강유합시간이급반흔장도등방면명현우우대조조，차이구유통계학적의의(P<0.01)。결론초성인도하대유선농종채취치관인류가이축단치료시간，감경환자통고，림상료효현저，치득추엄。
Objective To investigate the application of central venous catheter drainage under ultrasonic guidance for breast abscess in lactation period.Methods A total of 40 patients with breast abscess in lactation period were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group received conventional open surgical drainage, and the research group received central venous catheter drainage under ultrasonic guidance. Curative effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The research group had shorter operation time and less intraoperative bleeding volume than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.01). The research group also had much better dressing times, pain score, healing time of vomica, and scar length than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.01).Conclusion Application of central venous catheter drainage under ultrasonic guidance for breast abscess can reduce treatment time and patients’ pain with precise effect. This method is worth promotion.
