目的：观察手足口病患儿应用喜炎平与利巴韦林联合治疗的临床效果。方法80例手足口病普通患儿，随机分为两组，每组40例，对照组单纯给予利巴韦林治疗，实验组则采用利巴韦林与喜炎平联合治疗，观察两组治疗效果并作统计分析。结果与对照组相比，实验组患儿治疗效果更优，退热时间更短，疱疹消退时间更快，痊愈时间更短，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿手足口病普通患儿的治疗中，喜炎平与利巴韦林联合治疗方案效果确切，较少出现不良反应，临床应予以推广和使用。
목적：관찰수족구병환인응용희염평여리파위림연합치료적림상효과。방법80례수족구병보통환인，수궤분위량조，매조40례，대조조단순급여리파위림치료，실험조칙채용리파위림여희염평연합치료，관찰량조치료효과병작통계분석。결과여대조조상비，실험조환인치료효과경우，퇴열시간경단，포진소퇴시간경쾌，전유시간경단，조간차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론재소인수족구병보통환인적치료중，희염평여리파위림연합치료방안효과학절，교소출현불량반응，림상응여이추엄화사용。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiyanping and ribavirin in the treatment of children with hand foot mouth disease.Methods A total of 80 children with hand foot mouth disease were randomly divided into two group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received ribavirin for single treatment, and the experimental group received combined treatment by ribavirin and Xiyanping. Curative effects of the two groups were observed for statistical analysis.Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group had better curative effect, shorter antifebrile time and healing time, and faster disappearance time of herpes. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Xiyanping and ribavirin in treating general children with hand foot mouth disease provides precise effect and few adverse reactions, and this method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
