现浇框架结构混凝土工程的浇筑施工,已用于各种工业和民用建筑,用于多层和高层建筑工程的施工。提高抗震能力,是对各种建筑工程的普遍要求标准。但从现实的施工情况来看,框架结构的施工质量是难以使人乐观的。有的建筑施工单位,对框架结构施工重视不够,因而在施工过程中质量问题不断出现。致使有的部位的框架结构不但达不到抗震要求标准,甚至由于施工质量低,而影响到正常结构的安全。有的施工现场,甚至出现随意减少框架结构的柱、梁、板的个别部位,这就给建筑工程质量留下了不应有的质量隐患,降低了建筑物的质量和使用寿命。
