Wnt信号传导通路是一个由多种分子参与、相互影响、相互制约和协同作用的复杂体系,与细胞信号转导、细胞周期、细胞增殖、细胞凋亡、细胞黏附和迁移以及干细胞的分化潜能等有关。泛素蛋白酶体系统通过调控蛋白活性、亚细胞定位以及蛋白间相互作用等方式在细胞活动中发挥重要的作用。 Wnt信号传导通路中β-catenin等关键分子受泛素蛋白酶体途径精密调控。本文就泛素蛋白酶体系统和Wnt通路信号传导相互之间的关系作一综述。
Wnt信號傳導通路是一箇由多種分子參與、相互影響、相互製約和協同作用的複雜體繫,與細胞信號轉導、細胞週期、細胞增殖、細胞凋亡、細胞黏附和遷移以及榦細胞的分化潛能等有關。汎素蛋白酶體繫統通過調控蛋白活性、亞細胞定位以及蛋白間相互作用等方式在細胞活動中髮揮重要的作用。 Wnt信號傳導通路中β-catenin等關鍵分子受汎素蛋白酶體途徑精密調控。本文就汎素蛋白酶體繫統和Wnt通路信號傳導相互之間的關繫作一綜述。

Wnt signal pathway is a complex system involved by a variety of molecular which are influenced,restricted and syn-ergied by each other. It is related with the cell signal transduction,cell cycle,cell proliferation,migration and differentiation,apoptosis, adhesion and the potential differentiation ability of stem cells. Ubiquitin proteasome system plays an important role in cell activity through regulated the protein activity,subcellular localization,protein interaction,et al. The key moleculars in Wnt signal pathway,such as β-catenin,is closely regulated by ubiquitin proteasome system. The purpose of this paper is to elaborate the relationship of the Wnt signal pathway with the ubiquitin proteasome system.
