目的分析腹腔镜阑尾和胆囊联合切除术的疗效。方法将2010年3月～2014年5月我院收治的25例患有胆囊结石合并息肉患者作为研究对象，在腹腔镜下同时行阑尾以及胆囊切除术，对患者的疗效进行观察分析。结果研究中所有患者均成功完成手术，手术时间40～90 min，平均时间（55.3±3.2）min，并未发现中转开腹以及严重并发症患者，我院对25例患者随访半年，均获得令人满意的疗效。结论腹腔镜阑尾和胆囊联合切除术避免了患者进行二次手术造成的伤害，同时帮助患者减少了手术费用，同时安全性和可靠性能得到很好保障，具有恢复快、创伤小以及方便快捷等诸多优点，因此在临床中值得推广使用。
목적분석복강경란미화담낭연합절제술적료효。방법장2010년3월～2014년5월아원수치적25례환유담낭결석합병식육환자작위연구대상，재복강경하동시행란미이급담낭절제술，대환자적료효진행관찰분석。결과연구중소유환자균성공완성수술，수술시간40～90 min，평균시간（55.3±3.2）min，병미발현중전개복이급엄중병발증환자，아원대25례환자수방반년，균획득령인만의적료효。결론복강경란미화담낭연합절제술피면료환자진행이차수술조성적상해，동시방조환자감소료수술비용，동시안전성화가고성능득도흔호보장，구유회복쾌、창상소이급방편쾌첩등제다우점，인차재림상중치득추엄사용。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic appendectomy andcholecystectomy operation.Methods From 2010 March To 2014 year during May our hospital 25 cases of patients with gallbladder calculi complicated with polyps as the research object, in the laparoscopic cholecystectomy and appendectomy and line,observation and analysis were carried out for the treatment of patients with.Results In the study all patients were successfully completed surgery, operative time was 40~90 min in average (55.3±3.2) min, found no conversion to laparotomy and severe complications of patients, 25 patients were followed up for half a year in our hospital,were obtained satisfactory therapeutic effect.Conclusion Laparoscopic appendectomyand cholecystectomy surgery to avoid the two surgery patients were caused by injury,and help patients to reduce the operation cost, at the same time, safety and reliableperformance has been very good security, has the advantages of quick, small traumaand convenient advantages such as recovery, thus is worthy to be popularized in clinical.
