在新的医疗环境和医疗模式下，医患关系变得日趋紧张，破坏了良好的医疗环境。本文从分析医患关系的发展与现状入手，找出当前医患关系紧张的原因，研究当前医疗环境和医疗模式下临床医生知识结构的特点及其对医患关系的影响，认为临床医生应顺应时代要求，与时俱进，通过学习用哲学的方法分析、解决问题；不断地完善专业知识，把握心理学、社会学的要点，增强社会责任感；加强对人文、社会修养的培养；加强法制观念；优化自身知识结构，促进和谐医患关系的建立。

The doctor-patient relationship nowadays has become increasingly tense in the new medical envi-ronment and medical mode, which ruins the good environment of medical care. This paper begins with analyzing the development and present situation of the doctor-patient relationship, tries to find out the cause of the current tense doctor-patient relationship, and study the characteristics of clinicians' knowledge structure in the modern medical environment and medical mode and its influence on the doctor-patient relationship. In order to creating a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, clinicians should comply with the requirements of the time, advance with the time, analyze and solve problems by using the method of philosophy, improve their professional knowledge, grasp the key point of psychology and sociology, enhance the sense of social responsibility, strengthen the learning of humanities and social culture, reinforce the concept of law, and optimize their knowledge structure.
