当代我国医疗纠纷的类型复杂多样，数量不断增多，影响越来越广泛。从法律的视角来看，少数医务人员医德修养不足、部分医务人员不尊重法律、医疗机构片面追求经济利益、患者权利意识的觉醒以及“医闹”势力的介入，是导致我国医疗纠纷发生并激化的主要原因。鉴此，我国应从推进医疗保险机制的立法建构、加大整顿医疗秩序的执法力度、强化医疗行业伦理道德建设、完善医疗纠纷处理机制等方面来预防和处理医疗纠纷。
噹代我國醫療糾紛的類型複雜多樣，數量不斷增多，影響越來越廣汎。從法律的視角來看，少數醫務人員醫德脩養不足、部分醫務人員不尊重法律、醫療機構片麵追求經濟利益、患者權利意識的覺醒以及“醫鬧”勢力的介入，是導緻我國醫療糾紛髮生併激化的主要原因。鑒此，我國應從推進醫療保險機製的立法建構、加大整頓醫療秩序的執法力度、彊化醫療行業倫理道德建設、完善醫療糾紛處理機製等方麵來預防和處理醫療糾紛。
당대아국의료규분적류형복잡다양，수량불단증다，영향월래월엄범。종법률적시각래간，소수의무인원의덕수양불족、부분의무인원불존중법률、의료궤구편면추구경제이익、환자권리의식적각성이급“의료”세력적개입，시도치아국의료규분발생병격화적주요원인。감차，아국응종추진의료보험궤제적입법건구、가대정돈의료질서적집법력도、강화의료행업윤리도덕건설、완선의료규분처리궤제등방면래예방화처리의료규분。
In current China, medical disputes are diversified and complex with increasing number and wide influence. From the legal perspective, the main causes of stimulating and intensifying medical disputes in our country are: the lack of a few medical staff's medical ethics cultivation; part of medical staff's regardlessness of laws; medical institutions' one-sided pursuit of economic interests; patients' awakening of rights consciousness;and the involvement of medical disturbance forces. Therefore, medical disputes should be prevented and managed in China from the following aspects:promoting legislation construction of health insurance mechanism;strengthen-ing law enforcement to improve medical order; strengthening ethics construction in medical industry; improve the settlement mechanism of medical disputes, etc..
