目的:研究评价新生儿行为神经测查的价值及其在基层医院的应用。方法儿科共计对2308名新生儿进行筛查,49例提示有脑损伤。将其作为临床研究对象即研究组,并测试其脑损伤程度。另外选取49例正常新生儿作为对照组。对两组新生儿分别进行行为神经测查,比较其分数差异,评价行为神经测查对脑损伤结果的价值。结果通过对新生儿的行为神经测查分数进行统计比较,汇总分析后发现神经测查分数对脑损伤的提示有意义。轻型脑损伤新生儿新生儿神经行为测定(NBNA)测查35分以上1例(4.0%),正常新生儿NBNA测查35分以上48例(97.9%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿行为神经测查在提示新生儿脑损伤方面是有效、便捷的好方法,能有效缩短发现新生儿脑损伤的时间,有利于及时治疗,在基层医院的应用有很高的临床推广使用价值。

Objective To research the application of neonatal behavioral neurological assessment in primary hospital. Methods Screening for 2308 newborn showed there were 49 children with cerebral injury, and they were taken as study subjects as research group. Another 49 healthy children were taken as control group. Behavioral neurological assessment was applied for the two groups to evaluate the score and value of assessment for cerebral injury. Results Comparison of neonatal behavioral neurological assessment scores showed it had significance for indicating cerebral injury. Neonatal behavioral neurological assessment (NBNA) showed 1 case (4.0%)>35 points in slight cerebral injury children, and 48 cases (97.9%)>35 points in normal children. Their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Neonatal behavioral neurological assessment is effective and convenient in indicating neonatal cerebral injury. It can also shorten discovery time, and is good for timely treatment. This method has high value for clinical promotion and application in primary hospital.
