导入是数学课堂教学的重要环节。该文针对两位一线数学教师同一节课导入案例,从导入的背景、方法和结果进行了分析,总结不同的一线数学教师的导入设计差别,特别是对教学目标不够重视,仍然需要完善,对数学教师提高专业发展、反思与学习具有重要意义。

Lead-in is an important link of mathematics classroom teaching. Based on the lead-in cases of two first-line mathemat-ics teachers for the same lesson, this paper analyzes them from the backgrounds, methods and results of lead-in, and cames to the conclusion that different first-line mathematics teachers have very different designs of lead-in, and their emphases on teaching objectives are still insufficient. The research is of great signifi-cance for mathematics teachers' improvement of their professional development, reflection and learning.
