为确保延河泉域经济社会的可持续发展，进行岩溶水资源可持续开发利用研究是非常必要的。在分析延河泉域岩溶水资源开发利用存在主要问题的基础上，提出了岩溶水资源可持续开发利用对策。研究成果为水行政主管部门保护和管理延河泉域岩溶水资源提供依据。

In order to guarantee the sustainable development of economy and society of Yanhe spring basin, it is necessary to give research on sustainable development and utilization of karst water resources. Based on the analysis of the major problems of karst water resources development and utilization of Yanhe spring basin, this paper presents the countermeasures of sustainable development and utilization of karst water resources. The research results can provide basis for water resources administration to the protection and management of karst water resources in Yanhe spring basin.
