目的：探讨无创呼吸机治疗急性左心衰的临床效果。方法：将90例急性左心衰患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组45例，两组患者给予传统治疗方法，如：改善心急重塑、利尿、扩血管、强心药物等，观察组在此基础上采用无创呼吸机治疗急性左心衰，对照组患者采用传统药物治疗1h 后使用无创呼吸机进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗1h 、3h 后临床效果。结果：观察组患者在治疗1h 、3h 后，呼吸、心率、氧分压及平均动脉压改善均优于对照组（P ＜0．05）。结论：无创呼吸机联合强心、利尿剂对急性左心衰患者疗效显著、起效快，治疗效果理想。
목적：탐토무창호흡궤치료급성좌심쇠적림상효과。방법：장90례급성좌심쇠환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조45례，량조환자급여전통치료방법，여：개선심급중소、이뇨、확혈관、강심약물등，관찰조재차기출상채용무창호흡궤치료급성좌심쇠，대조조환자채용전통약물치료1h 후사용무창호흡궤진행치료。관찰량조환자치료1h 、3h 후림상효과。결과：관찰조환자재치료1h 、3h 후，호흡、심솔、양분압급평균동맥압개선균우우대조조（P ＜0．05）。결론：무창호흡궤연합강심、이뇨제대급성좌심쇠환자료효현저、기효쾌，치료효과이상。
Objective :Evaluation of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of acute left heart failure clin‐ical effects .Methods :Selected the 90 cases of acute left ventricular failure in patients for the study ,Divided into ex‐perimental group and control group ,45 patients in each group .Experimental group were treated with noninvasive ventilator treatment in cardiac ,diuretic and vasodilator drugs .In the control group were treated with cardiac ,diuret‐ic and vasodilator drugs and other traditional drug therapy ,1h after treatment using non‐invasive ventilator treat‐ment .Treatment effect was observed in the two groups after 1h and 3h .Results :After treatment 1h and 3h ,the ef‐ficacy of the test group was better than the control group(P< 0 .05) .Conclusion :It is significantly that noninvasive ventilator joint cardiac ,diuretic efficacy in patients with acute left ventricular failure ,It is worth to promote the ap‐plication in clinical practice .
