目的：总结腹股沟疝无张力修补术后迟发性深部感染的治疗体会。方法回顾性分析2010年7月至2014年8月，重庆医科大学附属第一医院行腹股沟疝无张力修补术后，出现迟发性深部感染8例患者的临床资料。8例患者均接受手术补片取出并采用外科治疗，术后采用负压封闭引流技术结合伤口局部特殊换药。结果8例患者均完全取出补片，治愈出院，术后随访5～24个月，平均18个月，均无复发。结论通过手术完全取出补片，术后结合负压封闭引流技术及伤口换药治疗腹股沟疝无张力修补术后迟发性深部感染，取得较好效果。
목적：총결복고구산무장력수보술후지발성심부감염적치료체회。방법회고성분석2010년7월지2014년8월，중경의과대학부속제일의원행복고구산무장력수보술후，출현지발성심부감염8례환자적림상자료。8례환자균접수수술보편취출병채용외과치료，술후채용부압봉폐인류기술결합상구국부특수환약。결과8례환자균완전취출보편，치유출원，술후수방5～24개월，평균18개월，균무복발。결론통과수술완전취출보편，술후결합부압봉폐인류기술급상구환약치료복고구산무장력수보술후지발성심부감염，취득교호효과。
Objective To summarize the experience in surgical treatment for late-onset deep infection after tension-free hernioplasty.Methods The clinical data of 8 patients with late-onset deep infection following tension-free hernioplasty who accepted surgical treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from July 201 0 to August 201 4 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients required mesh removal and the treatment of vacuum sealing combined with local wound dressing.Results All infective mesh were removed completely,and patients were discharged successfully.With a follow-up of 5 to 24 months (average 1 8 months),no hernia recurrence occurred.Conclusion For late-onset deep infection after tension-free hernioplasty,our department removed the infective mesh completely combined with the vacuum sealing drainage technology and postoperative wound dressing,had shown a good effect.
