目的：探讨部分可吸收补片应用肌前修补（Onlay）法治疗腹壁切口疝的效果。方法回顾分析2013年5月至2014年5月，解放军二六四医院采用部分可吸收补片应用 Onlay 法行无张力疝修补术治疗腹壁切口疝30例患者临床资料，观察手术时间、切口疼痛、术后肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、并发症及复发率。结果手术均获得成功，平均手术时间70 min，切口疼痛2～3 d，术后1～2 d肠功能恢复，2例术后出现皮下积液，无切口感染发生，随访6个月无复发。结论部分可吸收补片应用 Onlay 法行无张力疝修补术是治疗腹壁切口疝较好的方式，其操作简便、安全，疼痛轻，并发症少，复发率低，近期疗效满意，是治疗腹壁切口疝可靠的方法。
목적：탐토부분가흡수보편응용기전수보（Onlay）법치료복벽절구산적효과。방법회고분석2013년5월지2014년5월，해방군이륙사의원채용부분가흡수보편응용 Onlay 법행무장력산수보술치료복벽절구산30례환자림상자료，관찰수술시간、절구동통、술후장공능회복시간、주원시간、병발증급복발솔。결과수술균획득성공，평균수술시간70 min，절구동통2～3 d，술후1～2 d장공능회복，2례술후출현피하적액，무절구감염발생，수방6개월무복발。결론부분가흡수보편응용 Onlay 법행무장력산수보술시치료복벽절구산교호적방식，기조작간편、안전，동통경，병발증소，복발솔저，근기료효만의，시치료복벽절구산가고적방법。
Objective To evaluate the Onlay tension-free repair with partially absorbable mesh in treatment of abdominal incisional hernia.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 30 patients with incisional hernia who underwent Onlay tension-free repair with partially absorbable mesh in The 264th Hospital of People′s Liberation Army from May 201 3 to May 201 4.The operation time,incisional pain, postoperative intestinal function recovery time,length of stay,complication and recurrence rates were observed.Results All operations were successfully completed with a mean operative time of 70 minutes. Incisional pain were observed in 2 to 3 days after operations,and the bowel function were recovered in 1 to 2 days.2 cases of subcutaneous seroma occurred.No wound infection and no recurrence in the follow-up period (6 months)were found.Conclusion Onlay tension-free repair with partially absorbable mesh is a remarkable procedure for abdominal incisional hernia,which is easy to perform,safe and effective with less pain,low recurrence and satisfactory outcome.
