目的:分析并探讨妊娠高血压综合征对孕妇肝肾生化指标的影响。方法选取妊娠高血压综合征孕妇106例,作为研究组,同时选取正常孕妇106例,作为对照组,检测两组孕妇的肝肾生化指标,研究妊娠高血压综合征对孕妇肝肾的影响。结果研究组总蛋白(TP)水平同对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),白蛋白(ALB)水平显著降低,球蛋白(GIB)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)、总胆红素(TBIL)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷胺酰转肽酶(γ-GT)以及肌酐(CRE)、尿酸(UA)、尿素氮(BUN)水平均显著升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠高血压综合征对孕妇的肝肾功能和生化指标影响较大,测定妊娠妇女肝肾生化指标对于预防及治疗妊娠高血压综合征具有重要的指导作用,临床上应注意密切监控,针对治疗,减少孕妇肝肾功能的损害。

목적:분석병탐토임신고혈압종합정대잉부간신생화지표적영향。방법선취임신고혈압종합정잉부106례,작위연구조,동시선취정상잉부106례,작위대조조,검측량조잉부적간신생화지표,연구임신고혈압종합정대잉부간신적영향。결과연구조총단백(TP)수평동대조조상비,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),백단백(ALB)수평현저강저,구단백(GIB)、시황순결합단백(RBP)、총담홍소(TBIL)、곡병전안매(ALT)、곡초전안매(AST)、감성린산매(ALP)、유산탈경매(LDH)、곡알선전태매(γ-GT)이급기항(CRE)、뇨산(UA)、뇨소담(BUN)수평균현저승고,차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론임신고혈압종합정대잉부적간신공능화생화지표영향교대,측정임신부녀간신생화지표대우예방급치료임신고혈압종합정구유중요적지도작용,림상상응주의밀절감공,침대치료,감소잉부간신공능적손해。
Objective To analyze and investigate the influence of pregnancy-induced hypertension on hepatorenal biochemical index in pregnant woman.Methods There were 106 pregnant woman with pregnancy-induced hypertension as research group, and another 106 healthy pregnant woman as control group. Hepatorenal biochemical indexes of the two groups were detected for influence research in pregnant woman with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Results The difference of total protein (TP) level between the research group and control group had no statistical significance (P>0.05). The research group had obviously decreased albumin (ALB) level, and remarkably increased globulin (GIB), retinol binding protein (RBP), total bilirubin (TBIL), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), glutamyltransferase (γ-GT), creatinine (CRE), uric acid (UA), and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) levels, and the differences all had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnancy-induced hypertension has great influence on hepatorenal function and biochemical index of pregnant woman. Hepatorenal function detection provides important guide effect for prevention and treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension. Clinical monitoring and treatment can reduce trauma for hepatorenal function in pregnant woman.
