目的：探讨血清降钙素原在肝硬化自发性腹膜炎早期诊断中的临床价值。方法：观察组选择肝硬化自发性腹膜炎患者80例进行血清降钙素原检查，对照组通过腹水常规与腹水培养，比较两组患者治疗前后血清降钙素原水平，临床诊断时间、诊断率，统计治疗1月内预后情况。结果：治疗后观察组血清降钙素原水平显著低于治疗前及对照组（P ＜0．05），观察组诊断时间显著快于对照组（P＜0．05），诊断率高于对照组（P＜0．05），临床好转率高于对照组（P ＜0．05），发生肝性脑病、脓毒血症及临床死亡的比例显著低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：血清降钙素原测定能有效提高肝硬化自发性腹膜炎诊断率，做到早诊断早治疗，改善患者预后。
목적：탐토혈청강개소원재간경화자발성복막염조기진단중적림상개치。방법：관찰조선택간경화자발성복막염환자80례진행혈청강개소원검사，대조조통과복수상규여복수배양，비교량조환자치료전후혈청강개소원수평，림상진단시간、진단솔，통계치료1월내예후정황。결과：치료후관찰조혈청강개소원수평현저저우치료전급대조조（P ＜0．05），관찰조진단시간현저쾌우대조조（P＜0．05），진단솔고우대조조（P＜0．05），림상호전솔고우대조조（P ＜0．05），발생간성뇌병、농독혈증급림상사망적비례현저저우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론：혈청강개소원측정능유효제고간경화자발성복막염진단솔，주도조진단조치료，개선환자예후。
Objective :To investigate the clinical value of serum procalcitonin with the early diagnosis of spontaneous bacterial peritonitis in hepatic cirrhosis .Methods :80 cases were choosed ,the control group were used ascites training and ascites culture ,the observation group were checked by serum procalcitonin ,then serum procalci‐tonin levels ,clinical diagnosis time ,the diagnosis rate ,statistical treatment in one month were compared before and after treatment .Results :The observation group after treatment with serum procalcitonin levels were significant‐ly lower than control group(P< 0 .05) ,the diagnosis time of the observation group was significantly faster than con‐trol group(P< 0 .05) ,the diagnosis rate was higher than control group(P < 0 .05) ,the clinical improvement rate was higher than control group(P< 0 .05) ,hepatic encephalopathy ,sepsis clinical death ratio were lower than control group(P< 0 .05) .Conclusion :Serum procalcitonin measurement can improve the diagnosis of cirrhosis and spontane‐ous bacterial peritonitis rate ,and early diagnosis and treatment ,so it can improve patient outcomes .
