目的：观察空气波压力治疗仪联合α‐硫辛酸及护理干预治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法将100例糖尿病周围神经病变患者分为两组，对照组50例给予α‐硫辛酸治疗（α‐硫辛酸300 m g加0．9％氯化钠注射液200 m L ，静脉滴注，1次／天，疗程2周）；治疗组50例在对照组治疗的基础上联合空气波压力治疗仪及护理干预。观察和比较治疗前、后两组患者临床疗效及周围神经传导速度的差异。结果治疗组患者总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；治疗后两组患者周围神经传导速度均较治疗前提高，且治疗组周围神经传导速度较对照组提高更明显，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论空气波压力治疗仪联合α‐硫辛酸及护理干预治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效显著，使用安全。
목적：관찰공기파압력치료의연합α‐류신산급호리간예치료당뇨병주위신경병변적효과。방법장100례당뇨병주위신경병변환자분위량조，대조조50례급여α‐류신산치료（α‐류신산300 m g가0．9％록화납주사액200 m L ，정맥적주，1차／천，료정2주）；치료조50례재대조조치료적기출상연합공기파압력치료의급호리간예。관찰화비교치료전、후량조환자림상료효급주위신경전도속도적차이。결과치료조환자총유효솔현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；치료후량조환자주위신경전도속도균교치료전제고，차치료조주위신경전도속도교대조조제고경명현，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론공기파압력치료의연합α‐류신산급호리간예치료당뇨병주위신경병변림상료효현저，사용안전。
Objective To observe the effect of the air wave pressure treatment instrument combined with al‐pha‐lipoic acid and nursing intervention in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy .Methods 100 cases of dia‐betic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups .50 cases in the control group were given the al‐pha‐lipoic acid treatment (alpha‐lipoic acid 300 mg+ 0 .9% sodium chloride injection 200 mL by intravenous drip , once a day ,for 2 weeks);50 cases in the treatment group were combined with the air wave pressure therapeutic in‐strument and nursing intervention based on the basis of the control group treatment .The clinical efficacy and nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment were compared between the two groups .Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group ,there was statistically significant difference between two groups (P<0 .05);the peripheral nerve conduction velocity after treatment in the two groups were increased compared with before treatment ,moreover the increase of peripheral nerve conduction velocity in the treatment group was more significant ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion The air wave pressure therapeutic apparatus combined with alpha‐lipoic acid and nursing intervention has obvious effect and safety in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy .
