在黑龙江省经济结构调整和产业升级加快的背景下，对于市场营销人才的需求呈现出增长的态势，但整个经济社会发展与营销人才需求之间仍存在不协调的状况。本文主要从两个方面介绍了当前黑龙江省区域经济发展与市场营销人才需求间存在的协调性问题。同时从高职院校、企业单位以及政府和个人角度给出了相应的建议。

In the background of accelerating economic structural adjustment and industrial upgrading in Heilongjiang Province, the demand for marketing talents is increasing, but the entire e-conomic and social development is still out of line with talents demand. This paper mainly introduces the incoordination be-tween regional economic development and marketing talents de-mand in Heilongjiang Province from two aspects, and proposes corresponding suggestions from the perspectives of higher voca-tional colleges, enterprises, the government and individuals.
