目的:分析布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵雾化吸入对小儿支气管肺炎的治疗效果。方法86例小儿支气管肺炎患儿,随机分成观察组(43例)和对照组(43例)。观察组用布地奈德混悬液和异丙托溴铵雾化治疗,对照组用阿奇霉素治疗。对两组患儿治疗后的恢复情况进行对比。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿发生皮肤异常、胃肠道异常和总异常数均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间、平喘时间、X线恢复正常时间均显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德混悬液联合异丙托溴铵雾化治疗小儿支气管肺炎效果显著,安全性较好,不良反应少,有一定的指导意义,值得临床推荐。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of pediatric bronchial pneumonia. Methods A total of 86 children with pediatric bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group (43 cases) and control group (43 cases). The observation group received budesonide mixed suspension combined with ipratropium bromide aerosol for treatment, and the control group received azithromycin for treatment. Rehabilitation of the two groups after treatment was compared. Results The observation group had much higher total effective rate than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The incidences of abnormal skin, abnormal gastrointestinal tract, and total abnormality were all less than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The observation group had much shorter recovery time of body temperature, disappearance time of cough, asthma relieve time, and recovery time of X-ray than the control group, and their differences all had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of budesonide mixed suspension and ipratropium bromide aerosol has precise effect in treating pediatric bronchial pneumonia with good safety and few adverse reactions. This method contains reference significance, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
