目的 分析诱导痰嗜酸粒细胞计数与呼出气一氧化氮水平的相关性,并探讨其对治疗方案调整的意义.方法 收集门诊疑似支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)患者138例(哮喘60例,非哮喘78例),测定呼出气一氧化氮水平;哮喘组查诱导痰嗜酸细胞计数.结果 哮喘组呼出气一氧化氮为(49.73±24.99) ppb,与非哮喘组(31.51±27.43) ppb比较,差异有统计学意义(t=4.19,P＜0.001).诱导痰中EOS计数与呼出气一氧化氮水平呈正相关(P＜0.01).结论 哮喘患者诱导痰嗜酸粒细胞计数和呼出气一氧化氮测定值升高,且两者之间呈正相关.

Objective Analyze the induced sputum eosinophils (EOS) count and breath levels of nitric oxide correlation,and discusses its significance of treatment to adjust.Methods Collecting outpatient service 138 cases of suspected asthma (60 cases of asthma and the other 78 cases),determination of breath nitric oxide levels,asthma group induced sputum eosinophilia cell count.Results Asthma group breath for (49.73±24.99) ppb,nitric oxide and the asthma group (31.51±27.43) ppb is highly statistically significant difference (t =4.19,P ＜0.001).EOS count in induced sputum and breath nitric oxide levels were positively correlated (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions Asthma induced sputum eosinophilic cell count and breath nitric oxide measurements,and between the two were positively correlated.
