目的：探讨综合护理干预措施对糖尿病低血糖发生率的影响。方法72例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各36例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施综合性护理干预措施。观察两组患者低血糖发生情况。结果观察组患者发生低血糖1例，对照组发生低血糖10例。观察组低血糖反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能够减少糖尿病患者低血糖的发生，护理效果显著，值得借鉴。
목적：탐토종합호리간예조시대당뇨병저혈당발생솔적영향。방법72례당뇨병환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각36례。대조조실시상규호리，관찰조실시종합성호리간예조시。관찰량조환자저혈당발생정황。결과관찰조환자발생저혈당1례，대조조발생저혈당10례。관찰조저혈당반응발생솔저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론종합호리간예능구감소당뇨병환자저혈당적발생，호리효과현저，치득차감。
Objective To investigate the influence by comprehensive nursing on incidence of diabetes mellitus hypoglycemia. Methods A total of 72 diabetes mellitus patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention measures. Incidences of hypoglycemia of the two groups were observed. Results There was 1 case with hypoglycemia in the observation group, while 10 cases in the control group. The observation group had lower incidence of hypoglycemia than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce incidence of hypoglycemia in diabetes mellitus patients with remarkable nursing effect, and this method is worth referring.
