目的：探讨糖尿病并牙周病患者中应用循证护理的效果评价。方法糖尿病并牙周病患者42例，根据是否实施循证护理措施进行分组，分为基础护理措施组(12例)和循证护理措施组(30例)。观察并比较两组患者的护理效果。结果循证护理措施组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、牙菌斑指数和出血指数均优于基础护理措施组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病并牙周病患者中应用循证护理可以改善患者的不良心理情绪，提高临床治疗效果。
목적：탐토당뇨병병아주병환자중응용순증호리적효과평개。방법당뇨병병아주병환자42례，근거시부실시순증호리조시진행분조，분위기출호리조시조(12례)화순증호리조시조(30례)。관찰병비교량조환자적호리효과。결과순증호리조시조억욱자평량표(SDS)、초필자평량표(SAS)평분、아균반지수화출혈지수균우우기출호리조시조，차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론당뇨병병아주병환자중응용순증호리가이개선환자적불양심리정서，제고림상치료효과。
Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing applied in diabetes mellitus complicated with periodontal disease patients. Methods A total of 42 diabetes mellitus complicated with periodontal disease patients were divided by evidence-based nursing implement condition into basic nursing group (12 cases) and evidence-based nursing group (30 cases). Nursing effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The evidence-based nursing group had better self-rating depression scale (SDS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) scores, bacterial plaque index, and bleeding index than the basic nursing group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of evidence-based nursing can improve bad emotion and clinical effect in treating diabetes mellitus complicated with periodontal disease patients.
