微波加速反应系统处理山茄子样品,采用电感耦合等离子体-质谱法测定样品中的钾、钠、钙、镁、铁、铜、锌、硒8种人体所需的微量元素含量。方法快速准确,灵敏度高,8种元素的线性系数r均>0.9997,回收率在96.0%~102.0%,相对标准偏差<2.0%。

The mountain eggplant samples treated with microwave digestion, the inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry determination of potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc, selenium content of 8 kinds of trace elements. Method is rapid accurate, high sensitivity, linear coefifcient of each element were greater than 0.9997 recovery rate was between 96.7%~102.0%, relative standard deviation less than 2.0%.
