目的：比较乳腺癌根治术后即刻与延期乳房再造术的效果。方法择期乳腺癌根治术患者65例作为研究对象,其中35例行术后即刻乳房再造术作为即刻组,30例行延期乳房再造术作为延期组,术后应用欧洲癌症研究治疗组织制定的生活质量评估量表(EORTC QOL-C30)评分和乳房状态满意度评分,记录两组术后并发症发生率。结果即刻组躯体因子、精神因子、社会支持、心理因子、乳房状态满意度评分分别为(85.29±6.35)、(87.51±5.26)、(89.26±3.15)、(91.08±4.11)、(13.25±1.08)分,均显著高于延期组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在健康状况允许下,应于乳腺癌根治术后即刻行乳房再造术,可提高患者生活质量。

Objective To compare the effect between immediate and delayed breast reconstruction after radical mastectomy. Methods Among 65 radical mastectomy patients as study subjects, 35 of them received immediate breast reconstruction as immediate group, and the other 30 cases received delayed breast reconstruction as delayed group. European organization for research and treatment of cancer quality of life (EORTC QOL-C30) and breast satisfaction scale were applied after operation. Incidences of complications of the two groups were recorded. Results The immediate group had higher body index, mind index, society support, psychological index, breast satisfaction, as (85.29±6.35), (87.51±5.26), (89.26±3.15), (91.08±4.11), (13.25±1.08)points, than the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion With the permission of the health condition, immediate breast reconstruction after radical mastectomy can improve the quality of the patient’s life.
