目的：探讨军队医院聘用制医务人员锐器伤的成因及防护对策。方法利用锐器伤事件登记表，采用回顾性调查方法对2011年1月—2013年12月某军队医院408例聘用制医务人员锐器伤发生情况进行分析。结果408例锐器伤中，护士所占比重最高，工龄低于5年的人员最易发生锐器伤，主要致伤环节为操作中，主要致伤物品为头皮针输液器针头，自评主要致伤原因为操作流程不规范。致伤时未戴手套的人员占53．4％，致伤后选择立即处理伤口的人员占53．2％。结论锐器伤发生的原因包括职业类别、工作年限、操作流程规范性、锐器种类、防护意识。为减少锐器伤发生率，应加大教育力度，强化业务训练，加强医院管理，重视人员防护。

Objective To discuss the causes and prevention countermeasures of the sharp instrument inju -ries of contract medical staffs in military hospital .Methods 408 cases of sharp instrument injuries of contract medical staffs in military hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were analyzed retrospectively by using event registration forms.Results Nurses occupied the largest proportion among 408 cases of sharp instrument injuries, medical staffs with service life less than 5 years were susceptible to sharp instrument injuries ,most common sharp instrument injuries occurred during the operation , scalp acupuncture transfusion needle was the predominant type of instrument that causes sharp instrument injuries , the main reason of sharp instrument injuries was nonstandard oper -ation.53.4% people didn’t wear gloves when they got the injuries and 53.2% people treated their wounds immedi-ately after the injuries.Conclusion The causes of sharp instrument injuries includes occupation 、working years、standardized operation process、sharp type and protection awareness .In order to reduce the incidence of sharp in -strument injuries, we should strengthen education, business training, hospital management, personnel protection.
