目的：观察振动排痰仪用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重（ AECOPD ）患者的排痰效果。方法：将260例AECOPD患者随机分为观察组和对照组各130例，对照组采用常规药物治疗，观察组在常规药物治疗基础上应用体外振动排痰仪治疗，观察2组治疗7 d后的pH、PCO2、PO2、SpO2及疗效。结果：治疗后，观察组PCO2、PO2、SpO2及疗效均优于对照组（P＜0.05），疗效亦优于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论：振动排痰可有效促进排痰，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰진동배담의용우만성조새성폐질병급성가중（ AECOPD ）환자적배담효과。방법：장260례AECOPD환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각130례，대조조채용상규약물치료，관찰조재상규약물치료기출상응용체외진동배담의치료，관찰2조치료7 d후적pH、PCO2、PO2、SpO2급료효。결과：치료후，관찰조PCO2、PO2、SpO2급료효균우우대조조（P＜0.05），료효역우우대조조（P＜0.01）。결론：진동배담가유효촉진배담，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the expectoration efficacy of vibrate row phlegm machine in the treatment of patients with acut exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ).Methods:260 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,130 cases of each.The control group was given traditional treatment , while the treatment group was treated by vibrate row phlegm machine and the traditional treatment.after 7 days,the changes and clinic efftct of pH、PCO2、PO2、SpO2 were observed.Results:After treatment ,the pH,PCO2 ,PO2 ,SpO2 and clinical effect of the treatment group were better than that of the control group ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Vibrate row phlegm machine can promote expectoration effectively , which is worth clinical popularization and application .
