目的：探讨影响糖尿病患者自我现状管理的因素。方法随机抽取齐鲁医院内分泌科住院的糖尿病患者60例，采取问卷调查法，由患者填写一般资料问卷、疾病相关资料问卷、糖尿病自我管理效能量表、糖尿病自我管理活动问卷。结果自我管理各维度的分分别为：饮食（1.59±2.40）分，运动（1.90±2.24）分，血糖监测（4.21±1.75）分，足部护理（3.11±2.66）分，遵医嘱用药（6.90±2.23）分。自我效能对患者自我管理的各个维度均具有正向影响。结论患者的自我管理现状还不尽如人意，不同的自我管理活动水平不同，其中遵医嘱服药最好，运动控制和饮食控制最差，患者的年龄、性别，自我效能，糖尿病知识是重要影响因素。
목적：탐토영향당뇨병환자자아현상관리적인소。방법수궤추취제로의원내분비과주원적당뇨병환자60례，채취문권조사법，유환자전사일반자료문권、질병상관자료문권、당뇨병자아관리효능량표、당뇨병자아관리활동문권。결과자아관리각유도적분분별위：음식（1.59±2.40）분，운동（1.90±2.24）분，혈당감측（4.21±1.75）분，족부호리（3.11±2.66）분，준의촉용약（6.90±2.23）분。자아효능대환자자아관리적각개유도균구유정향영향。결론환자적자아관리현상환불진여인의，불동적자아관리활동수평불동，기중준의촉복약최호，운동공제화음식공제최차，환자적년령、성별，자아효능，당뇨병지식시중요영향인소。
Objective To investigate the factors affecting the status of diabetes self-management . Methods A random sampling of Endocrinology, Qilu Hospital of Shandong University, hospitalized patients with diabetes were 60 cases, taking questionnaire, general information questionnaire filled by the patient, disease-related information questionnaire, diabetes self- management activities questionnaire, diabetes self-management Efficacy Scale. Results Each dimension of self-management were:diet(1.59±2.40) points, sports(1.90±2.24) min, blood glucose monitoring(4.21±1.75) points, foot care(3.11±2.66) points, prescribed medication(6.90±2.23) points. Self-efficacy on various dimensions of patient self-management were positively affected. Conclusion Different levels of self-management activities, including prescribed medication is best, the worst motion control and diet control, the patient's age, sex, self-efficacy, diabetes knowledge is an important factor.
